Site identification
In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifies who operates this website:
- Owner: Alessandro Mora
- Trading name: Calcumetryx
- Address: Ronda República Argentina 39, 27002 Lugo, Spain
- Email: info@calcumetryx.com
- Activity: operating Calcumetryx, a free online calculator platform funded by advertising. Calcumetryx does not sell goods or services and does not process payments.
Purpose of this site
Calcumetryx publishes free calculators for construction and earthwork quantities and costs. Every tool is described on its own page, including its assumptions, limitations and — where relevant — its keyword research status; see how we calculate.
Intellectual property
The design, wording, diagrams, calculator logic and underlying code of this site are the property of Alessandro Mora unless otherwise stated. You are welcome to use a calculator’s results in your own estimates, bids and documents. Reproducing the tools themselves, or substantial parts of the site’s design or code, without permission is not authorised.
Hyperlinks
Links from this site to third-party pages — a source cited in a calculator’s methodology, an advertiser, an opt-out tool — are provided for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of external sites. If you would like to link to a page on Calcumetryx, you are welcome to; we ask that the link not misrepresent the relationship between the two sites.
Liability
This site provides arithmetic tools, not professional advice. The specific limits on what a calculator’s result can be relied on for are set out in the terms of use, which this notice forms part of.
Data protection
How this site handles personal data, the legal basis for doing so, and your rights under GDPR are set out in full in the privacy policy. Cookies specifically — what is set, by whom, and how to control it — are covered in the cookie policy.
Applicable law
This notice and the use of Calcumetryx are governed by Spanish law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly — report a problem first, most things are — the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
